Christina Ochoa comes from Spain. She's an actor and marine biologist, in addition to producer and author. She is the great-grandniece to Nobel prize winner Severo. Ochoa was raised in an environment where her scientific acumen and artistic sense were equally encouraged. In the wake of her extensive schooling that took her to Spain to Australia to America as well as back to Australia and back again, she's been an active educator of science via social media. She is a frequent presenter and hosts at conferences on science. Despite her interest in the sciences, it was only after that she realized that acting was her true passion. She began her acting profession as an amateur, and then relocated to Madrid and hoped to get many parts. In 2008, she filmed her debut on screen in the comedy series 'La que se avecina.'
